World War Two heavy wool overcoat.
Great condition: No tears or stains all buttons attached.
The coat has a 4th Service Command Patch and two Technical Fifth Class stripes.
The 4th Service Command was stationed in the southern part of the United States. The 4th had more personnel than the other Service Commands. The Service Commands handled many aspects of Training, Material and Mobilization as well as Medical and interning Axis Prisoners of War.
